Alumna Sam Constantine pens “Delaware Voices” article

The opinion piece “SEED Scholarship Works for Students ‘In the Middle,” written by AAP alumna Samantha Constantine and AAP Director David Satran, appeared in Delaware Online on Sept. 8 and the Sept. 10 print edition of The News Journal  as part of its ongoing Delaware Voices series. In her article, Constantine describes how the need-blind nature of Delaware’s SEED Scholarship helps students who, like her, fall in the “gray area” between Pell Grant eligibility and competitive merit scholarships.Constantine received her associate’s degree from the AAP in 2013 and went on to earn a bachelor’s in social studies education (2015) and a master’s in world history (2017) from the University of Delaware.
