The History Club
President – Olivia Mann
Treasurer – Patrick Wise
The object of this organization is to assist fellow students in research (especially younger students, who may not have had to perform research of a similar level before), enhance our own analytical skills, and promote the appreciation of history within the student body of the University of Delaware. Membership is open to all full-time, matriculated undergraduate students at the University of Delaware who agree with the purpose and object of the group. Visit the History Club website to learn more.

What We Do
Last year the History Club traveled to Washington D.C. and visited the various memorials and museums. This year the History Club visited the Art Museum in Philadelphia, and we plan on taking further trips to Washington D.C., the Delaware Historical Society, Independence Hall, and potentially Colonial Williamsburg. The History Club invites guest speakers to their meetings. Last year’s speaker was Flo Plana, who talked about his project to collect audio interviews from WWII veterans in the hopes of making a museum in Normandy.
