The  African American Public Humanities Initiative (AAPHI) is a fully-funded interdisciplinary fellowship that provides financial support and scholarly collaboration beyond the training you receive in your Ph.D program.  To be considered as an AAPHI Scholar, you must apply to a PhD program in one of the three cooperating Graduate Departments:  Department of Art History, Department of English or Department of History, via our on-line Graduate Studies Office on-line application Slate system.
